Peringode High School organised Vadyavismayam, the largest panchavadyam concert with 293 participants at the school premises on August 25, 2012. The performance included 83 artistes playing the Thimila, 50 playing the Maddalam, 80 playing the Ilathalam, 70 artistes playing the Kombu and 10 performers on Edakka. The concert marked the centenary celebrations of the school.
