Pandit Gunwant Madhavlal Vyas Smriti Sansthan organised a 29 hours classical concert based on the samay siddhant on Pandit Gunwant M Vyas’ 74th birth anniversary at Vrindavan Hall, Raipur from May 18-19, 2013. Around 100 vocalists and instrumentalists performed during the Gunaras Piya Sangeet Mahakumbha 2013 concert. The concert started with the performance of raag Patdeep performed by Pandit Prabhakar Kale at 5.42 pm and ended at 11.31 pm on the next day with a performance of raag Bhairavi by Dr Chitra Modak.
